They came out to clean our gutters and the exterior of the house and garage. We had a clogged gutter and lots of moss buildup on one side. Now it looks like a brand-new house, and the cleaning solution smells pretty good as well. The team was very professional and walked around the property to show me their work once completed.
Maverick SoftWash cleaned my 2-story house, windows, driveway, and walk (pavers). They are efficient, thorough, and the house looks new again. We were planning to have the deck cleaned, but opted not to because they were afraid the cleaning agent might seep into my fish ponds surrounding the deck. They know what they are doing and stopped before cleaning the deck, conferred with management and us, and the decision was made to skip the deck. They also protect plants and flowers around the house.

They do a great job, show up on time, and are courteous. I think their process cleans better than a straight power wash, especially at getting off those black artillery fungus spots, and it doesn’t hammer the siding with too much pressure. We’ve used them twice now, and there’s just no reason to make a change.
The two gentlemen who put up my Christmas lights were friendly, professional, and expedient. They even set up the timer for me. Maverick SoftWash special ordered my lights and they look great. They contacted me very quickly and arranged to have a representative come out to give us a bid. Mike was very detailed in explaining what they would be doing and other options they offered. We set a date for them to come out and clean the house. Our house has never been so clean!
